What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and the details of your enquiry. Our website also uses analytics cookies, only with your consent, to understand how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to you) and, for clients, performance of a contract. Analytics cookies are based on consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@it-website.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
